If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help!
ONLINE RETURN POLICY:

If you do not love your purchase, we will gladly issue an exchange or store credit (via gift card) within 7 days of delivery. Store credit will not include any shipping cost. After 7 days all items are Final Sale.

We cannot issue refunds back to the original form of payment

Paisley reserves the right to deny acceptance of clothing due to condition.
Items must be in NEW condition, unworn, unwashed or altered with the original tags attached. 
Articles in worn condition will not be accepted for a store credit or exchange. 
Shipping and handling charges are not included in the exchange or store credit amount.
Damaged items should be reported within 3 business days. You can email a photo of the damaged item, along with your order number at shoppaisleync@gmail.com.

Sale items, gift cards, hair accessories, bodysuits, braletts, jewelry, candles, body products & stickers are Final Sale.

 
IN-STORE RETURN POLICY:

If you do not love your purchase, we will gladly issue a refund for the value of any approved merchandise within 3 DAYS of the original receipt date. After 3 days, any merchandise returned up to 14 days is handled as exchange or store credit. After 14 days, items are final sale
