Online Return Policy:
We will gladly exchange or provide store credit for merchandise postmarked within 14 days of the initial ship date. Unfortunately we cannot exchange the merchandise after this date due to supply. Exchanges must be in NEW condition, unworn, with the original tag attached.
Articles in worn condition will not be accepted for an exchange. Shipping and handling charges are not included in the exchange or store credit amount.
Jewelry, accessories, Hosiery and Sale Items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged.
Paisley reserves the right to refuse an exchange based on the condition of the merchandise. Unfortunately Paisley cannot provide refunds.
